Presidents that have died from cancer

Ulysses Grant is the only president that has died from cancer, he was a heavy smoker that died from throat cancer.

What this tells me is that there is a cure for cancer since several presidents have had it, but only one has ever died of it. In fact, other than Ted Kennedy, who had many other reasons to die, is said to have died of brain cancer. I find that hard to believe too since he had no brain, just money.
