    Ruger's 22/45

I recently picked up a Ruger 22/45 just as a practice gun and for a cheap shooter at the range.

The other half wanted something with little recoil to practice technique with and just get more shooting in, so the 22/45 fit the bill.

The more I shoot it the more I like it, although they could do a little better job with the grip.

It's the only complaint I have and will have to add something to make it a bit more comfortable along the back strap.

Did yours come with two magazines? My daughter brought mine back the other day, she borrowed it a number of years ago and just decided to return it. Only one mag came back, I was thinking it came with two?

Mine came with 2. Maybe the older ones came with one? Dunno.....

It came with a set of scope mounts too.

I think the DeWalt version only came with one magazine and two batteries.

Mine came with two, and that was about 10 years ago.

Hmm..I don't remember scope rings with mine, but you think it would since it is a bull barrel.

Ha I guess that does look a bit funny having the Ruger in the pic with DeWalt instruction sheets.

Dammit. I can't find the speed setting on this gun.

What is the is the diffrence between this and the Mark series of .22s?
The man in black, fled across the desert, and the gunslinger followed.

Beware the man with one gun.

The 22/45 has a different grip angle like that of a 1911, and the grip frame itself is plastic rather than steel.
