Anyone got something different for a gun belt? I just got in the mail today a Simply Rugged 1.5" Man's Belt. Damn thing is thick and stiff, I know that sounds....

I got 1.25 briddle leather belt that I really like for day to day, it is some comfortable, they say tough too, but it saggs with holster. Which is why I like it, it is so flexible.

I have also bought a pair of suspenders, more for when in the woods, carry bunch of crap, but haven't tried them out.

I wear a 1 1/2" all the time, so it's just a daily normalcy for me.

Not just the width, but this is very rigid. See how it turns out when it is broke in. But this one doesn't twist or sag like the other one. But the other one is very comfortable leather.

I liked my Filson, as soon as I put it on. Wait and see about this.

One cool thing, it does not have snaps for removing the buckle, they are screwed.

Thats how a gun belt should be. The belt is a very important part of the equation. sagging and twisting are ok but not good for holster carrying.

Just my opinion not a proven fact. I hate belts that sag when I ma armed.

A sagging belt while carrying gets very annoying very quickly. I won't deal with it since it is such an annoyance to me, and it is in fact unsafe for those using paddle holsters and the like.

Ya I got a couple paddle holsters. I really like the flexible belt for day to day and work, but bought this for carrying and out in the woods.
