I have a Savage 110 in 30-06, has to be one of the most accurate guns for under $400 I have.

I've got a Marlin X7 that's damn accurate, and the trigger is great.
It's a .243 and came with a Bushnell 3x9 for $368 I think. How can ya beat it?
I'm interested to see what the new Rugers are like.

Speaking of value, does anyone have a savage model 200?

I have a Savage 99 in .308 W, my mom gave it to me after my dad died. She said he bought it in the summer of 1963 to use as a hunting rifle....which is kind of strange since he never hunted an animal in his life.

For value, I guess my Mosin Nagant. Don't get much for $100. My Remington 700ADL is decent, and not to expensive either.

Savage 111G
I'd say it'd be hard to beat an old 30-30 winnie.

Winchester 300 mag. Had a big sale on them 15 yrs ago and my SOL worked at the store and I got his discount on top of the sale price.

It has to be my Winchester 270. I bought it used for around $400. It has a BOSS system and will cloverleaf three rounds at 200 yards (not every time but it is repeatable). Someone worked on the trigger before I got it and it is very light and sweet.

I do have a savage axisstainless .223 that I got purely as a ustility gun, but I don't like it as much as the marlin X7. It really is a utility model, but it still shoots good for a cheap rifle. 1 inch groups at 100.

I guess the best value rifle I own, is the only one I still own.
My Model 70 (kill machine ) 25/06. It is equipped with a Weaver glass. Anything
from 350 yards will tell you why I have the username I use.
