Anyone have any experience with this gun? I'm wondering about recoil and is the laser any good? Any first hand info would be appreciated

I had my head set on the LC9 for quite a while, although a little small for my hand, it felt nice and I loved the size. I did watch several video reviews on the LC9, the first one I watched, the guys first shot, his left hand came right off the weapon as he wasn't expecting the recoil it had. Part of it I think it the very long trigger pull the LC9 has.

I have shot the LC9 and I have helped a gal try to shoot it. It is not an easy gun to shoot but can be mastered withpractice. It is a very good gun for the intent it was designed. The laser is identical to the one on my Kahr CW9 and it is a very good laser. The trigger pull is very long and the gun bucks. The gal I was trying to help with the LC9 could shoot a S&W M&P standard size all on paper mostly inside the 7 ring. The LC9 she hit the paper 3 of 10 times 4 mags in a row.

The LC9 is a bit light and small for good shooting, but it is, as you say, good for its intended purpose.

And it's been ordered. I have to make it to my LGS and pick it up along with SR9c I ordered. It did feel a little light but I read the recoil is managable. It's a trade off, as always. Would have went today to pick them up but the water heater went south and spent the day replacing it. So next time I'm in the neighborhood I'll stop.
Thanks for the reviews

No,,,,, I think we need a sticky with all the abbreviations that are used. I get mixed up quickly when it comes to bullet types

Don't do that, we have been around here and other forums for several years together. It is just something we take for granted that everyone knows. You have shown that we take too much for granted sometimes.
