I have a Ruger New Model Blackhawk .357 that has to be my favorite revolver to shoot. Have had it for years and it shows. I made the mistake of letting the wife shoot it once, now it is my favorite revolver that I have to ask permission to shoot.

Rugar single six in 22 mag caliber. I've had it for almost 40 yrs and the blueing is about worn completly off. But it's accurate in my hand and it's cheap to shoot.

.38 S&W long barrel is the one I enjoy shooting the most. .357 S&W snubnose for concealed carry.

In a revolver I like the .357 best, mostly used with .38's for target and practice, but plenty of full blown .357's as well.

Next is the .44 magnum, I just like shooting .44's.

Rugar single six....

absolutely one of the finest. mine has the interchangable cylinders...LR and MAG.

also, a nice 38/357 is hard to beat. perhaps a 4" 686 smith?

I like the 686 a lot, but dayum they got pricey.

really? I haven't had to price one in 25 years or so. if you clean them every 5 or 10 years, they'll last a long time.

4 inch stainless from my dealer is $782 with all costs included. Just checked it.

That's why I like stainless these days cause I like to do more shooting and less cleaning. LOL.

My favorite is my S&W 586 6", .357. I just like the feel of that gun.

I really love the 357 magnum. I have guns in alot of different sizes and configurations for the 357 and I enjoy them. However, the 44 magnum would have to just edge it out for my favorite. I love to hunt with handguns and the 44 magnum is superb at this. I have found it possible to conceal my 3 and 4 inch barreled 629s. I really like the 44 for almost everything.
